Shipping & Delivery Policy

At PrepVerse, we provide an AI-powered interview preparation platform with a subscription-based model. Since our services are entirely digital, there are no physical shipments involved. This policy outlines how you can access your subscription and what to do in case of access issues.

1. Service Delivery

Once you successfully subscribe to a PrepVerse monthly plan, your account will be activated instantly.

You will receive a confirmation email with your subscription details and a receipt.

You can access all features of your plan by logging into your PrepVerse account.

2. Account Activation Issues

In rare cases, your subscription might not activate immediately due to:

  • Payment processing delays
  • Technical issues on our platform
  • Incorrect email or account details provided during registration

If you encounter any issues:

  • Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for a confirmation message
  • Refresh and log out/log in to your account
  • Contact our support team at support@hyrecruitai.com with your payment receipt

3. Subscription Renewal & Expiry

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

If payment fails, you will be notified via email and given a grace period of 48 hours to update your payment details.

If the payment is not completed within the grace period, your subscription will be suspended until payment is processed.
