Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered interview preparation and candidate evaluation platform, services, and website (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services.   • Interview scheduling and management tools

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Types

We offer different types of accounts:

  • Individual User Accounts - For job seekers and candidates
  • Organization Accounts - For companies and recruiters
  • Enterprise Accounts - For large organizations with custom requirements

3.2 Account Creation and Security

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Take responsibility for all activities under your account

4. AI Services and Data Usage

4.1 AI Interview Sessions

Our AI-powered interview sessions are designed to simulate real interview experiences. You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses are generated based on training data and may not perfectly replicate human interactions
  • Interview recordings and transcripts may be stored for analysis and improvement
  • Performance metrics and feedback are generated through automated analysis
  • The service is for practice and evaluation purposes only

4.2 Data Collection and Usage

We collect and process data to provide and improve our services. This includes:

  • Interview recordings and transcripts
  • Performance metrics and analytics
  • User feedback and interactions
  • Technical usage data

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

5.1 Subscription Terms

Our services are available through various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Usage limitations based on your subscription tier
  • Price changes with notice for future billing cycles

5.2 Free Trials

HyRecruit AI may offer free trial periods for our Services to new and eligible returning users. Regarding free trials:

  • Trial periods last for 15 days unless otherwise specified
  • To avoid charges, you must cancel before your trial ends
  • Your payment method will be automatically charged at the end of the trial unless cancelled
  • You may be eligible for only one free trial per account
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate trial offers at any time

5.3 Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note the following regarding cancellations:

  • Cancel through your Account Settings page on our platform
  • Cancellation must be done before the next billing cycle to avoid charges
  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial period usage
  • Cancelling subscription does not automatically delete your account

5.4 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • 7-day refund window for first-time subscriptions
  • No refunds for partial use of services
  • Pro-rated refunds for service interruptions
  • Case-by-case evaluation for special circumstances

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to our AI models, algorithms, interview questions, and analytics tools, are owned by HyRecruit AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Attempting to bypass or manipulate our AI systems
  • Sharing account access with unauthorized users
  • Recording or distributing interview sessions without permission
  • Using the service for actual hiring decisions without human oversight
  • Engaging in any activity that could harm the service or other users

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyRecruit AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Services

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka.

10.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall take place in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and the decision shall be final and binding.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
